3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by:

STRATO AG

Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7

10249 Berlin

Strato processes data on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The server location is in Germany. When you access our website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This is necessary to display the website and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The website itself is built and delivered using Framer, a service provided by Framer B.V., Rokin 75, 1012 KL Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer's privacy statement is available at https://www.framer.com/legal/privacy-statement/.

4. Server log files

When you visit our website, the following data is automatically collected and stored in log files:

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)

  • Host name of the accessing device / IP address

  • Time of the server request

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website. This data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

5. Contact form and contact by email

On our website, we provide a contact form through which you can get in touch with us. When you use it, you provide the following information: your name, your company name, a description of your goal, a target date, a budget range, and your phone number or email address.

This data is transmitted to us and processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on without your consent.

The legal basis for processing data you submit in order to contact us or to initiate or carry out a (pre-)contractual relationship is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in effectively handling enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The contact form is provided through Framer. Form submissions are processed by Framer B.V. acting as a processor on our behalf. The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

6. Cookies

Our website uses Framer's built-in functionality and does not set non-essential or tracking cookies. Framer's built-in analytics, where used, operate without cookies and without persistent identifiers, and therefore do not require consent. Any cookies that may be set are strictly necessary to provide the website and are based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Should we integrate third-party services that set non-essential cookies in the future (for example external analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded media), we will obtain your prior consent via a cookie banner in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and update this policy accordingly.

7. Data transfers to third countries

We endeavour to process data within the EU/EEA. Where individual service providers process data outside the EU/EEA, such transfers only take place if an adequate level of data protection is ensured, for example through an EU Commission adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services. The current version applies to your next visit.
